BeechCraft 200

The Beechcraft 200 is a pressurized twin-engine aircraft and small turboprop propulsion type, with capacity for 9 passengers, manufactured in the United States by the Beechcraft brand, which used as the basis for another design twin-engine piston-1960s called the Queen Air from the same manufacturer.

The success of the project model is associated with the concept turboprop, at release time already equipped with a turbine PT6-A brand of Pratt & Whitney, with the characteristics of higher speed and higher cruising altitudes.

To serve markets with high purchasing power like the American and the European, composed primarily of ranchers who wanted and needed a kind of convenient transportation and fast, but without compromising the operational flexibility to land and take off on short runways, the manufacturer released Beechcraft motorization Pratt & Whitney PT6-A with power increased to 850 Shp each.

The flexibility to land and take off on short runways with obstacles in the headwaters and extensions is the reason many of these customers end up choosing the type of turboprop plane, since the jet usually has technical limitations in this regard.

HELIANG integrates into its fleet two Beechcraft 200 aircraft model.
